Distribution of Electronic Resources

If you have purchased any of our activity packets from our website, you may copy and upload the PDF to an individualized secure learning platform (ex. Google Classroom or student email) as many times as you wish but for your students, their parents and their specific teachers only. This distribution is for your personal, non-commercial use and for the purpose of enhancing learning and development for your specific students. You may NOT upload any of our individual PDF resources or activity packets to a school/business website, a continuing education presentation or social media site for public view without written consent of the company O.T. Stop LLC. You MAY, however, post the link to our website, www.otstop.com, on as many social media platforms, continuing education presentations, school/business websites or email lists as you see fit to let others know about what we have to offer without our consent.

You may NOT copy and distribute any of our activity packets with other therapists, teachers, parents or other professionals. You may NOT copy, republish, reproduce, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute any of the material for your own personal gain. Activities may be modified by the teacher, parent or therapist to meet the specific therapeutic needs of your student as you see fit (ex. highlighting the writing line, eliminating words in the word search, etc.) but you are NOT able to resell these modified versions or identify them as your property.

The resources provided by O.T. Stop LLC are NOT meant to replace or substitute occupational therapy services or educational instruction. The resources on our website are additional tools to enhance learning and development in a school, clinic setting and/or at home. If you are concerned with your student’s motor skills, contact a licensed occupational therapy practitioner in your state to discuss your specific questions.

Our resources are used at your own discretion and we are not, under any circumstances, liable for any injury, misuse of the materials and/or damage to property while using the materials. If you are dissatisfied with any of our activity packets or resources we advise you to reach out to us via email to discuss your concerns.

Purchase of Activity Packets

Once a PDF download has been purchased and sent to you via email, the material is NON-REFUNDABLE and unable to be exchanged. We have uploaded previews for every worksheet that can be viewed prior to your purchase so you can decide which activity packets best fit your student’s needs. If there is an issue with any of the activity packets that are emailed to you after purchase, it is your responsibility to contact us via email at theotstop@gmail.com so we can address the issue promptly. The PDF activity packet links will only be active for 24 hours after your first download so please make sure you save/print them promptly.

We offer discounts for multiple activity packets that will always be advertised on the homepage of our website. It is your responsibility to ensure the coupon code is correctly added to your order and that the discount is deducted from the total BEFORE you checkout and pay. If the coupon code does not deduct the discount when added, it is your responsibility to contact us via email BEFORE you check out so we can address the situation as all orders are final with no refunds or exchanges once you have completed the purchase.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions

We may change our terms and conditions as we see fit. We will share any and all changes to these terms by posting them on our website or via email.
